Dear All,

Greetings.

A  SA 333 GR 6 pipe 6 " NPS x Sch 120  requires  simulation PWHT as per sour service  requirment

PWHT CYCLE is - 620 deg Celcius  for 2 Hours soaking time

simulation cycle is 6 hours.

intial value of Tensile strength is 482 MPA.

Hardness value is 187, 181, 179 BHN.

please inform me whether Tensile strength and hardness will INCREASE or DECREASE after Simulation heat treatment( 3 PWHT cycle)

Thanks & Regards
