[MW:10190] welding of heat treated vessel

Dear experts,               Welding is to be done with heat treated plate spec is SA-537 I do not have much knoweldge about this.   1) Could someone explain me what code should I refer to get more details? 2) kindly advise me the consumables and baking requirements if any as it is under P1 categories 3) inform me the correct electrodes and filler wires.   regards Ilan
