Dear Ali asgari,
You can try the same by wounding the cable on magnetised pipe and weld on anothe plate with 5 mm electrode with maximum possible current. You may have burn 15 to 20 electode to remove the magnetism.

hii encounter to a problem in fabrication a frame from X52N,during specially in overhead and vertical positions(in one T joint) the arc doesn't melt the bevels.i think this is for arc blow,because in different locations weldings are be done ,suppose to earth cable turned around one pipe but the problem existed yet.how can i solve this problem?rjd
