[MW:1018] CS or LTCS material as per STOOMWEZEN Rules ( PED rules ) - Dutch Power piping code

Hello All,

Can anyone explain me about the Impact test requirement of material as
per Stoomwezen rules ?
from ASME 31.3 we can find the Impact test requirement for CS, as per
thickness and minimum design temperature.
But in Stoomwezen rules there is a minimum requirement of rupture
energy of 27 J.
I have to design a pipe class with -20 deg C as minimum temperature
for 145 bar pressure and size of 30 inch & carrosion allowance of 6 mm
With these design condition I expect to have very high thickness for
pipe.
is it possible to have cofirm 27 J requirement for such high thickness
of CS ?
Or it is advisable to change to LTCS material ?

thank you,

RahuL P
