You should have a look of any vendor's valve catalog to understand how it looks.

Dear All,   We are doing plant survey for Kuwait Oil Co as a part of 'As-Built' preparation, in Kuwait.   Can anybody give some valuable inputs regarding physical identification of  ball/gate/plug/globe/butterfly valves and other piping elements? This plant is a Gathering Centre & commissioned in 1949.   Thank you   P.S.Babu
