[MW:1022] Using Following Material

Hi,
As per Dwg, I have to use BS EN 10225 Part-III, Steel Grade S355G1 (+N), where as available material BS EN 10025 Part-2 Steel Grade S355JR is there any record to use available material.  
 
Norsok M-120 says YO3 S355N1 equivalent but no same material. Please help me.

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
