Gravity of paint system depends on the atmosphere of installation like less corrosive(industrial),corrosive(chemical industries zone) and highly corrosive(marine).No of coats and thk of coating depends on this factor.Customer invariable specifies surface preparation and painting system.However "Inorganic Zinc Sillicate" can be one of the universal primer."Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer" can be additional."High build Epoxy MIO" can be intermediate and "Polyurethene" can be a finish paint in required shade.
