[MW:20038] NDT after weld and stress releive

Hello,
 
Material is AISI4130 welded few monts ago. A stress releif is applied now. How many hours are required to wait after a treatment as a cool down time to start NDT? can you shed a light on this please? Construction and inspection code is B31.3. I reviewed the code but couldn't find anything about the time.
