Dear kundan
You should have a graph of total process of UTS testing i.e. Stress strain diagram which is being plotted during testing on Universal testing machine. Then measure the strain length on X axis and at 0.2 % of the length you draw parallel straight line (Inclined  y axis  )  and the joining / cutting vertical/inclined line to the stress strain diagram (Graph) is the YS Strength (This  ref is generally for the metal where you do not get YS point on the graph

0.2% yield strength you cannot get it accurately by the graph, the way
which is accurate extensometer method
