Any template for checking formed profile inside or out side must be 1/3 of profile length.

Dear experts,

Kindly clear my doubts regarding sphere tank fabrication as per ASME SEC VIII Div  I

1) What is the size of template to check the forming of petals and fitup of petals.
2) Is it mentioned in ASME SECVIII Div 1 the template size for checking sphere tank profile.
3) Can we refer ASME SEC VIII Div 2 for fabrication tolerances since the design is as per div. 1
