Post Heating to a certain temperature and time is normally required on Cr-Mo
Steels if PWHT cannot be done immediately after the wedling completion.
Is this only the project specification requirement or the code requirement.
ANSI B31.3 for process piping do not specify this.
Any one can clarify this please.
