Pradip,
I do not think hardness control would be easy without any PWHT. It may be
advisable to talk to your client to have some form of PWHT done in situ.
Either pad heating or flame heating.

I did PQR as per your suggested WPS but hardness is coming still more i.e
230 to 287 BHN in weld zone in P-4 material. Pls guide me how can i control
the hardness without PWHT .
