could u tell me where the requirement  that you said“in wqt, or pqr or any other documents we need to submit calibration
certificates for all equipments.” is,because I didn't find any about this in ASME Ⅸ

dear mani,
 All welding machines should be calibrated by yearly basis or 6 months
once or as per manufacturer procedures.its mandatory things in
welding, why i am telling this for example,
in wqt, or pqr or any other documents we need to submit calibration
certificates for all equipments.
