[MW:13163] Induction hardening

Hi

I am working for a fabrication company in South Africa. We have BS970: 709M40 (EN19) material 140mm in diameter, 230mm wide. We have done induction hardening and the client specification requires 350HB, +/-20HB. After the hardening was done we have an average of 430HB, how can we reduce this back to the required value of 370HB, please advice.
