Dear amol,

Code doesn't say Stress Reliving or Normalizing. Heat treatment as per UCS 56 of ASME section VIII division I. If you see UCS 76 Clause d for heat treatment condition they are referring UCS 56 So your heat treatment will be as per UCS 56. But Some specification other than code are call for Normalizing, please check with the client specification.
