as per SSPC PA2 we can acept 80-120%, but in your case even you are
getting average 70 microns as per SSPC PA2 it is acceptable, but as a
good workmanship how can you accept a reading of 15, 30, 50 microns.
so for better corrosion protection and good workmanship it should be
rejected.
