Re: [MW:6156] Fail on Tensile Test

the reason may be the following items:
1-the surface of sample may be rough and stress concentration is occured.
2-depend of configuration of partial joint& used H.I in this PQR,previouse weld,the length of coarse grain area in HAZ may be larg.
3-due to concentrated impurities in haz.
item 2& 3 is clear with micro etch.
