[MW:6223] NACE recommendation on Bolts & Nuts Material

Dear All,

Can anybody tell me why NACE Recommends Low Hardness Materials ( ASTM
A193B7M and A194 2HM) for Bots and Nuts Since Bolts & Nuts are not at
all coming in contact with the Corrosive Fluid.
