[MW:4504] Welding consumables (2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V) with guaranteed stress rupture strength

Can anybody suggest the consumable brands/mfr name who can give guaranteed results (if possible pl. attach data sheet)  for high temperature Stress Rupture testing of all batches of welding consumables used at 1000°F & 30ksi stress. The time of failure shall exceed 900 hrs.
