[MW:4624] RE: 4623] Weld A182 F91 TO SS 316

Probably the best way is to butter the 91 with Inconel 82 or 182 (ERNiCr-3 or ENiCrFe3).  Heat treat at nominal 1400F (760C).   After PWHT, make the weld with 82/182 and no PWHT required.  The use of Inconel filler metal will also provide a buffer for thermal expansion.
