We are doing HDPE U/G Piping. We want to do the Hydro test this line, as per client spec testing shall be conducted as per the requirement of ASTM F2164. But I don't have this Spec. to verify the test pressure and holding period.
Also as per client spec testing duration including the time required to pressurizing, Stabilizing, holding the test pressure and the depressurization shall not exceed 8hrs. I think this test duration for pipeline not for piping. So I would like to know as per Code ASTM F2164 what is the test pressure and Holding period.
