very little difference between CS & SS exposures unless you get into dense materials like hastelloy. You also need to consider film type, density needed, distance from film, thickness, source strength, screen size, processing conditions ( manual / auto / chemical temperature.......)

You really need to get an exposure calculator and someone who knows what they are doing........
