Re: [MW:4558] colour of welding after SAW welding in low alloy mild steel

This is due to the Travel Speel and fast cooling , the flux is remove immediately as it is formed .
 
Maintain the PRe heat and interpass Temp and dont remove the flux till it get ditached fromt he surface .
