I have to make a cylinder of thickness 6mm and OD 500 mm using additive manufacturing technology by using MIG welding with ER 4043 wire on 6000 series base material.
Can anybody guide me on this. What dilution is required to use ER4043 with 6000 material to avoid cracking and how to get this .
