USUALLY WE DID THE VACUUM BOX FOR THE BOTTOM EVEN BEFORE THE ASSEMBLY
OF THE WHOLE BODY
AND SOME TIMES JUST BEFORE THE HYDROTEST BUT SOME CLIENTS ASK FOR IT
AFTER HYDRO
SO AS PER API 650 IT IS ANY TIME AND AS PER CLIENT YOU HAVE TO ASK HIM
