Hi,
 
I think that as per SA 105 UT is not required until the contract requirement calls for , as far as SA 388 is considered, please refer clause no 1.2 of SA 388 which clearly specifies the scope for conducting the UT. SA 388 defines the guide line for conducting the UT on the heavy forgings.

also extra requirement is also not given by design

As per SA 388 UT shall be done above 50 mm thk
but which thk is to be considered tf or y in case of WNRF
