Dear Sriniwas,
QW-310 is for Welding performance qualification not for WPS / PQR. Diameter is not consider (variable) for WPS / PQR.
You can use plate or pipe (Any diameter) for WPS / PQR.

Hi,
You can go with 2" coupon. But you should also consider whether Only one 2" test coupon is enough for all mechanical test to be done.If the test specimen is not enough for mechanical tests, you should do aditional one coupon for sufficient mechanical test specimens.
Thanks & Regards,(Karthik)
