Good Morning,

First of All See QW-482 Suggested format of WPS from ASME.
Then Select your Process for Example: GTAW 
Then See All Essential, Non Essential, Supplymentry Variables of GTAW in QW-256, SMAW in QW-253, 

Please note that all variable include when you make Qualified WPS.

If you have more question then ask it.

take the material thickness range 3.6mm to 10mm
