Can you please guide on the steps to follow to weld UNS 31254 Pipe to Forging. We are facing much issue on weld finish and slag inclusion. We are using ERNiCrMo3 & ERNiCrMo3 consumables with 200 Deg.C backing and 70-80 Amp current. Please refer the attached photo of the welded joint.
