start reading 341.4
for normal fluid services, RT is 5%.
For severe cyclic conditions, it is 100%
For elevated temperature service there is a requirement for the NDE during the fabrication of the pipes in the mill. 100% RT on longitudinal or spiral welds if base metal is Pno 4 or 5

Can anybody help me by telling the RT percentage in ASME B31.3 ? Is the percentage is mentioned in the code or not ?
