For qualification mentioned in below mail ,thickness qualified is unlimited. Refer para QW-452.1b.
Note that Para QW-404.30 cross refers para QW-452.1b for performance qualification by radiography.
For position qualification refer para QW-461.9.
The welder is qualified to weld flat position for size less than or equal to 24" pipes and flat & vertical position in size more than 24" pipes.
