As QW403.6 & ASME B 31.3, thickness qualification range will be as mentioned below
Minimum Thickness qualification :(1) If t is more than 6 mm then min thickness qualifies will be t or 16 mm whichever is less (2)If t is less than 6 mm then min thickness qualifies will be 1/2 t |
Max Thickness Qualification: t + 6 mm
