[MW:12641] use of E 8018 C1 for welding SA 537 CL1 Material

Dear All
 
Greetings.
 
Tank of base material SA 537 CL 1 is being under fabrication as per code API 650.
 
Can we use E 8018 C1 for welding SA 537 CL 1.( thickness 42 mm)
 
Please suggest.
