The manufacturing of spiral SAW pipes are being done in conventional pipe mills.but the german technique so called TSPM-Two step pipe manufacturing is introduced and the pipe forming & continous tack welding is done in one step & final SAW in ID & OD is being done.I just want to get some idea about that welding i.e GMAW ROOT welding is done & SAW is done over that.Can anyone in this group give me the formation procedure & welding procedure for this TSPM.
