Dear Raghu sir,
Generally this criteria for the out of squreness I am right na,but we had an problem of flange concavity (DELTA) .Its also we had to interprete same way of out of squareness.

Refer BS EN 10034 : 1993, in my opinion it should be 2% of the flange width (max 6.5mm)
