E71T-1C  is Charpy Impact tested at -20degC

E71T-1CJ is Charpy impact tested at -40degC.

AWS Classification for FCAW is only a supplementary requirement applicable only when Impact test is required.

If charpy impact test is not required then you can use E71T-1C in place of E71T-1CJ
