I don't understand how QW403-20 is different from QW403-11?

What does it mean for QW 403.20 to determine the chemical composition of the weld metal overlay specified in the WPS? Can you please explain clearly here? Is it possible to determine the chemical composition of the weld overlay in PQR after the overlay is completed? What is the method to determine it?

Normally the Client specification or the mandate code will specify the chemistry of the overlay and at what depth from the Fusion line.

An example of Refinery code giving chemistry requirement in API RP-582 below.
