All these are P1 materials then they should be qualified by default.

Single PQR / WPS satisfy my below welding requirements. 
(Toughness & PWHT considered)
1) SA 516 Gr.70 to SA 516 Gr.70
2) SA 106 Gr. B to SA 105
3) SA 106 Gr. B to SA 106 Gr. B
