first to think wps is for weld .so your weld is facing only pwht so you have to quailfy wps by pwht only , normalizing of dish head to do separately.if dish head is welded than wps to qualify with normalize + pwht in isngle coupon as per sec 9

  • Dishends Normalising-2 cycle.
  • PWHT for whole vessel.
Now shall I need to do all three heat treatment cycles to qualify WPS?
OR
Only two normalising cycles are enough?
