Dear All.
-- in Appendix R of B 31.3 said that mentioned criteria is based on fracture mechanic without doing CTOD or considering of fracture property of material.how is it possible?because in similar standards that want to establish a acceptance criteria against workmanship need to be known this properties for each material.
