Hello,
You have to use E101T1-GM rode, with preheating 180 degree and cover welding with glass wool for 2 hrs or more immediate after welding

Hi experts,
I am doing welding of EN19 round bar
( dia 80mm ) to IS 2062 E250 BR (25mm thk) plate using E71T-1 electrode
( preheat 150deg & then slow cooling),but getting discontinuities after welding which seems like crack.
Can someone please suggest me right electrode and procedure..
