You have to refer B31. 3 ASME CODE for fabrication and installation for hydrates ring.

Usually pressure piping  have to be hydro tested (by default) as like pressure vessel. No exceptions to rules?

Could you please share the standard requirements for piping hydro test, because our chines contractor has not ready to conduct hydro test for the same piping. they said as per chines standard no need hydro test.
