Dear Ahmad ,
The main difference between LTCS and Carbon manganese steel is the percentage of manganese , silicon and nickel which is pretty high in LTCS. LTCS weldability is similar to CS except it may require preheat , PWHT , hardness check as it mostly operates at low temp . You can use low hydrogen electrode ( E7018 ) and ER70S6 . Check for heat treatment and impact toughness requirements as per your project specification and do the necessary with your PQR .
Thanks
