in your case and assuming that your Code is ASME VIII-1,  A333 for this thickness & temperature  is not exempted from Impact test. What is the governing thickness of A350? You can avoid impact if you satisfy all conditions of UG-20

Dear Experts 

I am new for this job please help me 

for PQR of LTCS

1) required thickness min is 6.35mm &  dia is 12 inch

2) design press = 20kg/cm2
    design temp  = -45.6/37.8 degreee celcius
     op press      = 20 max
     op temp       = -40 degree celcius

3)  material is pipe - A 333 GR 6(P1 &G1) and flange - A350 GR LF2 RF

4) service is LPG plant- Relief and blow down

now please suggest me 
 a) what is is the size of the test coupon can be selected(dia with schd) where can i find the exact length of weld required to carry out mechanical testing for this PQR?
 b) is it possible to carry out the PQR for pipe to flange joint 
 c) what consumable can be selected for this if GTAW & SMAW ?
