[MW:25040] How to paste photo in AWS-CWI renewal form

Dear Friends,
 
I am getting my AWS-CWI certificate renewed 2nd renewal i.e. after 6 years.As per the AWS website i have download the form and filled the details.I don't knew how to paste the photo in AWS-CWI renewal form,if anyone have any idea related this detail.Let me knew.
