[MW:1962] Diffference between ASMEsection1 and ASMEB31.1 for boiler piping

Hi,All
 
Question 1 : We have boiler piping drawing.It refers two code on one drawing.Note on ISO's are as follows.
ASME Section1/ASMEB31.1 .
So what is the difference between ASME Section 1 and ASMEB31,1?
 
Question 2 Some drawing also shows code break means some portion have ASME SECTON 1 requirement and Other portion have ASME B31.1 requirement.why?
 
Question 3. If both code have different requiremt than How about NDT.Is it same for Both code?
 
Question 4 On one drawing we have Socket weld joint and material is SA106C.Code is ASME section1/ASMEB31,1.will someone tell me what percentage of MT or PT required?
