Hi,

I am guess that, you need of Productivity Chart , for each consumables

It will vary from consumable to consumables , and for different manufacturers; You cannot standardize,

You may get this one for ESAB brands , from ESAB Gottemberg on special request.

Thanks & Regards,

Gents,

I would like to get some information in following matter. Your response will be highly appreciable. I expect an answer from your practical experience. I have checked many manu facturer catalogues. But it does not give perfect proportion.

For 1 Kg of weld metal:

SMAW- Weld metal to Consumable proportion for Dia 2.5 mm electrode-

SMAW- Weld metal to Consumable proportion for Dia 3.2 mm electrode-

SMAW- Weld metal to Consumable proportion for Dia 4.0 mm electrode-

GTAW- Weld metal to Consumable proportion for Dia 2.5 mm wire-

FCAW- Weld metal to Consumable proportion for Dia 1.2 mm wire-

SAW- Weld metal to Consumable proportion for Dia 2.5 mm wire-

SAW- Weld metal to Consumable proportion for Dia 3.2 mm wire-

SAW- Weld metal to Consumable proportion for Dia 4.0 mm wire-

CO2 Gas to FCAW wire per Kg -

Ar+CO2 Gas to FCAW wire per Kg -

Operating factor for SMAW in 8 hr Shift:

Operating factor for GTAW in 8 hr Shift:

Operating factor for FCAW in 8 hr Shift:

Operating factor for SAW in 8 hr Shift:

Deposition rate per hour for SMAW  without considering operating factor-

Deposition rate per hour for GTAW without considering operating factor-

Deposition rate per hour for SAW without considering operating factor-

Deposition rate per hour for FCAW without considering operating factor-

Thanks & Regards
