For SMAW use E7018.
For SAW you can use either EM12K or EH14 wire and F7P4 flux.

thanks for your warm and encouraging reply.
the requirements are as below 
1. ASME Section VIII Div 1
2.No Impact Test Required as per UG-84
3. No hardness Requirement ( but as a good engineering practice and to reduce the risk of cracking  we can assume to limit the hardness to 200 BHN )
also please explain the selection process of Filler material to meet the requirements of code.

Dear Experts 
Hi ,
further can anyone suggest me that the electrode for SMAW  and Electrode and flux wire combination for SAW Process.
Details as are
1. Material - SA 516-70
2.Thickness-70 mm
3.Normalizing-  ( 920 Deg - 150 min )  +  Dress relieving ( 620 Deg - 350 Minutes ).
also please suggest that how we can choose the electrodes and fluxes for a particular weld by using ASME Section 2 Part C.
