Ok Amit.
My recomendation more economic is cleaning SSPC – SP 1 or/and SSPC – SP 2, apply paint Aluminum silicone Curing at environmental,  thickness 2 mils maximun , if you apply more of 2 mils the paint would cracking .
This recomendation is based in my experience, aluminun not need paint, i hope my recomendation will utility for you.

Could you please advice the solution of that because we are facing the bigest prob of our final finishing process of our product and customer demand more gaurentee of that side. There are techniques avilable in market, chromatizing, anodizing, epoxy coating, powder coating but out of all these which one will be economical for need.
