Hi all, May any one tell me, how to control the hardness of the P22 materials welding without PWHT. Even, we do pre-heating as per the ASME 31.3 & also we use 2.6mm dia electrode(E9016/8). Still we get the hardness around 290 HB. Any suggestions to control the hardness within 241 HB(ASME 31.3). Please help. Thank you.
